🗓️ Schedule
Minimum May 1, 2023 – October 1, 2023. Once you’re trained-up, our Team and Guests will rely on you Sunday – Thursday for scheduled shifts. You’ll be on-call after hours (6:00pm – 10:00am) at least three days a week.
Schedule may vary based on Team and Guest needs and could INNclude weekends and holidays.
We need a capable collaborator to keep our guest and team experience top-notch. While there’s never a normal day, we’d expect the INNkeeper Assistant to live on-site or super close by (1 – 2 miles away) and lend a hand
- Sunday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm: Housekeeping (Team Clean) & Guest Services (Experience Ambassador)
- Monday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm: Housekeeping (Team Clean) & Guest Services (Experience Ambassador)
- Tuesday
- 9:00am – 3:30pm: Housekeeping (Team Clean), Maintenance, and Landscape
- 6:00pm – 10:00am: On-call After Hours Ambassador
- Wednesday
- 9:00am – 3:30pm: Housekeeping (Team Clean), Maintenance, and Landscape
- 6:00pm – 10:00am: On-call After Hours Ambassador
- Thursday
- 9:00am – 3:30pm: Housekeeping (Team Clean), Maintenance, and Landscape
- 6:00pm – 10:00am: On-call After Hours Ambassador
🎁 Compensation
We’ll provide on-site housing for a way-below market rent if you fly solo or as a couple (sorry, no pets or families) and have a light footprint. $21 - $27 hourly if you commit to a minimum of five months, are a top-performer(s), and you’re always INN on-schedule offering off-the-charts assistance.
✅ Must Haves
You’ve got to enjoy variety, guiding guests and being a BIG part of our small but mighty team.
When it comes to cleaning, you’ll need to keep pace, fixate on the finer details, be reliable, and follow all strict health & safety protocols. When you're assisting guests INN our Welcome Room, you must absolutely love computers, online platforms, clear quick communication, and crafting off-the-charts experiences for our Team and Guests.
You’ll also help maintain the appropriate INNventory of cleaning supplies, linens and consumables INNcluding running around town to score supplies as needed.
👀 Qualifications
- A cool head and great judgment INN the heat of the season
- OK with going with the slow before the season starts and after it winds-down
- Strong familiarity and understanding of housekeeping and front desk standards and best practices
- The uncanny ability to be nice to everyone while demonstrating the right sense of urgency associated with completing projects and tasks with competing priorities

Ambassadors are also lots of roles rolled INN to one: Concierge, Front Desk, Reservations, Porter, Maintenance, and more. Most important? Overview:
You must absolutely love stairs. Seriously. You can’t get anywhere INN our hotel without climbing lots of stairs. Lots – of – stairs. If you can clear that hurdle, you’ve got to be able to also regularly carry gear up and down those stairs. 35 lbs worth of gear: duffels, ladders, laundry bags, laundry baskets, and more.
