Reservation Policies

Island Inn ALL INN COVID-19 Response

Parking

  • On-site parking for vehicles up to 7'2" tall and less than 18' long is limited to our parking garage. Parking in the garage, just like our guestrooms, is available by first-come, first-served paid reservation. Because we have fewer parking spots than we do rooms, be sure to let us know immediately if you'd like to INNclude parking as part of your experience with us.

  • We are unable to honor requests for vehicle garage parking upon arrival, but will be happy to direct you to street parking available throughout Friday Harbor.  If you have a bicycle, we'll offer you a complimentary spot to stow it with us in the parking garage throughout your stay.

Checking INN

  • We're happy to offer eRegistration and self check INN.
  • Our regular check INN is 3pm - 6pm Pacific.  If you plan to arrive after 6pm Pacific, please let us know as soon as you do.

 

  • Checking out

    • Check out is no later than 11am on your scheduled departure day. Need more time? We've got to stick to 11:00am so that Team Clean has enough time to tidy-up.

    • INNformation

      • Preapproved puppies are welcome in Penthouse 4, Penthouse 7 and Sweet 5 so long as you keep an eye on them.  Please don't smoke anything anywhere on our premises - that includes decks and sidewalks.  We take pride in being smoke free and fresh, so if you do smoke anywhere on our premises, we'll have to assess a minimum $250 fee.

        As a guest, you also promise to take really good care of everything we've got and understand that if your use of our premises results in any excessive wear, tear, or damage, you'll have to make it right.

        We love peace and quiet and so will you and your neighbors.  Please be respectful while enjoying music and use your INNside voice while enjoying the company of your pals - especially after 9pm and before 8am. 

      • We’re happy to offer knock & drop re_stocks only and are unable to re_fresh your room

        We also ask that you schedule your re_stock INN advance so our Team can be sure your room isn’t occupied by humans or canines when we re_stock.

      • Confirming reservations

          We confirm your reservation upon processing payment for 50% of your stay with us.  We accept credit cards, and are unable to accept cash or checks.

           

          Important Information for Travel Agents


          If you’re a travel agent looking to book an accommodation for your client, we’re happy to work with you.  We do not offer travel agent commissions or net rates and do require all guest names and the primary guest contact phone number and e-mail address to confirm all guest bookings.

                👀 The minimum cost to cancel your confirmed reservation is 50% of your deposit.



                ↗️ Cancellation costs INNcrease as you get closer to your booked arrival.

                If you book more than one room, cancellation costs apply to each booked room.

                📣 Take a closer look at the cancellation costs that apply to every booking:

                Cancel outside 14 days of arrival: your cost is 50% of your deposit

                Cancel inside 14 days of arrival: your cost is 100% of your deposit

                ⏰ Cancel within 24 hours of arrival: your cost is 100% of your stay

                Refunds are not available if you Check-OUT before your booked departure date.



                Modifying



                Outside 14 days of arrival

                We might be able change the arrival date of your reservation, based on availability and subject to rate change.

                The first modification is on the house, but additional modifications confirmed at least 14 days before arrival will cost $50 + tax.



                Inside 14 days of arrival

                We might be able to accommodate a maximum of one date change per booking inside 14 days and at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

                Here’s how that looks:

                • All modifications are based-on-availability and minimum stay requirements

                • You’ve got to share the alternate arrival date you’re after within 24 hours of your modification request

                • Your rate won’t go down, but might go up

                • You’ll pay any remaining balance to confirm your modification

                • You’ll be unable to request additional modifications

                • Your deposit is non-refundable

          Privacy

                  • We share your stay data with our pals at STASH Hotel Rewards, but won't share your information with anyone else for any reason. We’ll also send you e-mail messages to share news of our specials and events. You may opt-out of these promotional messages at any time.
