Are you set for an adventure?
If your INNer adventurer is calling to you, spend your day exploring the many popular stops across San Juan Island. You can loop the island as quickly or as relaxed as you like. With only a
few main roads and plenty of helpful locals, it would be hard to get lost!
Be sure to check out American Camp at the south end of the island, which includes the longest stretch of beach on the island, South Beach along with an array of trails for your heart to follow.
Lime Kiln State Park offers exceptional views especially
during sunset. Follow West Side Road up to the north end of the island where you will pass by an alpaca farm and eventually find historic Roche Harbor Resort. Maki
ng your way back to Friday Harbor along Roche Harbor Road you will find San Juan Vineyards on one side of the road and Mona the Dromedary Camel on the other - that's right, you can include a Camel on your list of sightseeing!
