Reservation Policies

Parking

  • On-site parking for vehicles under 9'6" tall and less than 18' long is limited to our parking garage. Parking in the garage, just like our guestrooms, is available by first-come, first-served paid reservation. Because we have fewer parking spots than we do rooms, be sure to let us know immediately if you'd like to inn∙clude parking as part of your experience with us.

  • We are unable to honor requests for vehicle garage parking upon arrival, but will be happy to direct you to street parking available throughout Friday Harbor.  If you have a bicycle, we'll offer you a complimentary spot to stow it with us in the parking garage throughout your stay.

Checking INN

  • Check inn starts at 3pm. If you get to the Island earlier than that, give us a ring. If your room is ready, you're INN. If not, we'll store your luggage and help you find something fun to do while you wait. If you plan to arrive after 9pm, please let us know as soon as you do.

  • Checking out

    • Check out is no later than 11am on your scheduled departure day. Need more time? Ask and we'll see what we can do.

    • INNformation

      • Preapproved puppies are welcome in Penthouse 4, Penthouse 7 and Sweet 5 so long as you keep an eye on them.  Please don't smoke anything anywhere on our premises - that includes decks and sidewalks.  We take pride in being smoke free and fresh, so if you do smoke anywhere on our premises, we'll have to assess a minimum $250 fee.

        As a guest, you also promise to take really good care of everything we've got and understand that if your use of our premises results in any excessive wear, tear, or damage, you'll have to make it right.

        We love peace and quiet and so will you and your neighbors.  Please be respectful while enjoying music and use your INNside voice while enjoying the company of your pals - especially after 9pm and before 8am.  We will service your accommodation daily between 11am and 4pm.

          Staying more than one night

          We confirm your reservation upon processing payment for 50% of your stay with us. 

           

          Staying just one night

          We process the total amount of your stay with us as an advance deposit.  Minimum stays will apply based on the time of year.

        • Important Information for Travel Agents

          If you’re a travel agent looking to book an accommodation for your client, we’re happy to work with you.  We do not offer travel agent commissions or net rates and do require all guest names and the primary guest contact phone number and e-mail address to confirm all guest bookings.  

        • Cancelling and Modifying Reservations

                Penthouses

                If you cancel your reservation (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival, we'll refund your advance deposit and keep a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel your reservation within (14) days of your scheduled arrival, we'll keep your advance deposit.  If you leave before you were scheduled to, we are unable to refund you.

                We’re happy to help you change the arrival date of your reservation, based on availability and subject to rate change, so long as you notify us at least (14) days prior to your schedule arrival. If you need to change the arrival date of your reservation within (14) days of your scheduled arrival, we can accommodate one date change based on availability and subject to rate change so long as you advise us of your new anticipated arrival date within 24 hours of your date change request.  We are only able to accommodate one date change request within (14) days of your scheduled arrival.

                 

                Euros and Sweets

                If you cancel your reservation (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival, we'll refund your advance deposit and keep a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel your reservation within (7) days of your scheduled arrival, we'll keep your advance deposit. If you leave before you were scheduled to, we are unable to refund you.

                  • We won't share your information with anyone for any reason but do plan to send you e-mail messages to share news of our specials and events.  Please notify us if you'd rather not receive these messages.
